James is the most professional realtor I’ve ever known. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is very personable. He’s calm, cool and collected at all times and often times kept me reined in purely by his calm demeanor. In addition to his cool personality, he is an experienced and very knowledgeable realtor, understanding of all aspects of the process both purchasing and buying.
