We found what we thought was our dream house. James recommended a great structural engineer who discovered that there were serious issues with the house. We were disappointed but happy not to wind up with a money pit. Then we found an even better house at a better price. James got the offer written right away and we got the house! James then helped us sell our existing home at our asking price, even though it was a challenging sell (backed to street, needed new carpet and improvements).
